| Hank Buntin has been the Head Coach of the Summit Y Seals since 1964 and is designated as a Master Coach by the National YMCA. He is a recipient of the 2002 YMCA National Coach of the Year Award. Hank has over 40 years of experience at the Summit Area YMCA and is supported by a staff of professional assistants. |
| Laura Riddell is from the Summit, NJ area and swam competitively starting at the age of 8, including all four years at Lehigh University. Laura has been coaching for the Seals for the past 18 years and works with all swimmer age groups. |
| Ann Doyle grew up in Westfield and began swimming at the age of 7. She was New England Interscholastic swimming champion while attending Exeter Academy and was a member of the University of Virginia's first women's swimming team. She coached for several years before earning a business degree and working in sports promotion and event production, returning to the sport as Assistant Coach for the Seals in 2003. Coach Anne works with all swimmer age groups. |

| Greg Reeves swam for the Orange, NJ YMCA as a youth swimmer and competed actively through high school. He has been a YMCA swim instructor for 22 years and a Seals Coach for 8 years. Coach Greg works with all age groups during weekend practice and Juniors during the week. |

| Rich Callaghan began his swimming career as a Summit Seal and went on to swim through high school and college, where he was the Swim Team Captain at Bucknell. Rich is currently a Master's swimmer who has won two Master's National Championships. He has been a Seals coach for 5 years and works mostly with the 10 & under age groups. |
| Andrew Leblanc swam competitively beginning at the age of 6 in his native Massachusetts through all four years at Seton Hall University. After graduating, he coached at the North Shore YMCA in Massachusetts for 2 years and as an assistant at Seton Hall for one year before joining the Seals in 2006. Andrew works primarily with the Senior Group. |
| Tim Clewell picked up swimming seriously at age 19 in conjuction with competing in triathlons. He has remained in active competition for 24 years, including top 10 finishes in sprint- and middle-distance events and a top 20 finish in a Half-Ironman event. Tim is also active in New Jersey Master's Swimming. He has been coaching for the Seals for 2 seasons, assisting with the 10 & unders and Juniors during weekend practices and the Boys A team during the week. |
