Success occurs...when preparation meets opportunity!!!
There are many inherent and acquired factors which influence the effectiveness of a planned season. Among those on an individual level are talent, individual goals, proper nutrition, proper rest and organization of time. On an organizational level, they include team goals, support from parents, professional staff, the maintenance of facilities and equipment and--last but not least--the dedication and skills of the coaching staff. Our philosophy is to have everyone working together to provide the preparation necessary to meet the opportunities that lead to success, both in the pool and in life.
